1. Greasy Carpet Residue ‘Magnetizes’ Dirt.
Every day oily Carpet residue from your kitchen and family
pets is carried in from outside and dries onto your carpet. This oily residue attracts and “locks-in” dirt like a super strong magnet. Oxidation of this oily dirt actually changes the color of your carpet. If left, unsightly traffic lanes will begin to show, and can become permanent!
2. Sandy Soil is Grinding Away at Your Carpet.
Get down and spread the carpet fibres apart. You will be shocked to find a sand pit of soil in the carpet that cannot be reached by home vacuum cleaners and is usually not visible, but is grinding your carpet away every time people walk over it.
3. Your Carpets Could Be Making You ill?
Your carpet does a valuable job by acting as a filter, trapping damaging air pollutants like pollen, fungi, chemicals, bacteria, cigarette smoke, tars and residues. However once the carpet gets “full” it no longer traps or holds these air pollutants. These trapped pollutants can only be removed with regular professional carpet cleaning.
4. Bad News for Asthma, Allergy, Eczema and Rhinitis Sufferers.Carpet, upholstery and mattresses can become infested with dust mites whose droppings can trigger asthma attacks and can trap the allergy-inflaming proteins Der p 1 (a protein known to trigger asthma, eczema and rhinitis attacks) and saliva that can trigger allergic reactions.

Here are some of the things we believe are important but not in any particular order.
Feel free to let us know what your thoughts are too.
Honest On the ball
It’s that time of year again when things have got a little quieter and we can all take stock of the jobs we have put off.
Its hard knowing when to start redecorating or giving things a deep clean as you don’t want to miss out on bookings, so we suggest you block out several days with your agents, sometime around the middle of November or after New Year just before Easter and get all those jobs out-of-the-way before the bookings pick up again.
We can help out with any type of maintenance and oversee everything for your right through to the deep clean and property replenish and set up for the next season.
Don’t forget things like upholstery , rugs and carpets! You will be so surprised at the amount of dirt these can accumulate throughout the year and its much more hygienic to get them deep cleaned once a year for your guests and peace of mind.
If you would like any more information on what we cover and how we can help get your investment property or home in ship shape, then please contact us quoting : Deep Clean.
