Comments: “We have just returned from a wonderful few days in Newquay, having won 3 nights accommodation in Horizons. The apartment was beautiful, really clean and welcoming, with wonderful views. Although we had taken a few supplies of our own, it was really nice to see a basket full of complimentary tea and coffee etc., to have whilst unpacking. Another lovely touch was the dishwasher and necessary tablets, plus washing machine, again with complimentary washing tablets. We did not use any of these as it was not necessary, but if we were there for a fortnights holiday all would have been most welcome.”

Comments: the manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. Her customer service skills were excellent, in people management she was a pleasure to deal with.

It was excellent, the onsite manager made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, which makes us confident in the service if we choose to book again. Well done for your choice in staff.
