We really do try to keep costs down as and when we can and if feasible when dealing with small issues, sometimes even providing our time Free Of Charge – yes its true ask any of our owners, but unfortunately we would not last too long in business if we didn’t cover our time over and above the odd occasion, so we have to apply some charges.
Admin £15.00 per hour
An hourly charge of £20.00*
is often the case too, we are asked to go shopping on your behalf and purchase new items or just need to replace things as and when they break for your guests.
An hourly charge of £20.00* may be incurred in the case of excessive telephone liaison*, call outs, time out to purchase replacement or new goods and for any other reason we may have been called out or instructed by you (the owner) to do so.
All costs are charged out for the first 1/2 hr at the hourly rate and then every 15 minutes thereafter.
