Guests are contacted by a member of our team prior to their arrival by text, phone or email with detailed instructions regarding entry to your property along with contact details for our 24hr call service.
As we are unable to provide a meet and greet service, we recommend that a key box be provided so that your guests can arrive at their leisure as when suits them as opposed to having to meet someone at a specific time.
A Key Box is often the safest and most accessible for guests to retrieve property keys and we can arrange for one to be supplied and fitted.
